I put a little flyer together forĀ @stjohnscinemaĀ where I currently have a day job. Theyāre putting on another Horror Night double feature on April 25th, starting at 7:30pm!
Here's what Peter the Programmer/Projectionist has to say about this night of Horror:
"Anyone check out our Coming Soon page recently? St. Johns Horror Night returns! And like all part 6s, this promises to be the best one yet. Leading off is a classic from one of Horrorās sleazy greats, Frank Henenlotterās (Basket Case, Brain Damage) FRANKENHOOKER! AGFA describes it as a ātwisted mash-up between John Watersā Serial Mom and Stuart Gordonās Re-Animatorā and I donāt think I can come up with anything better. Easily one of the top three Frankenstein movies youāve seen in the last six months, itās campy, itās gloopy, and it features an iconic performance from Patty Mullen.
And as always, make sure to stick around for our 2nd secret feature, a deep cut slasher comedy that, dare I say, is actually funny on purpose? Or maybe Iām just crazy. Either way, weāve got a fun one for you Saturday April 25th starting at 7:30pm. WANNA DATE!?"
