cooked dinner two nights in a row and both were spaghetti dish. Tonight we were supposed to go to PIK but seeing how horrendous traffic was, @jeff_frej2007 decided that we go there tomorrow instead. So I decided to whip up a spaghetti dinner with whatever we have left in the fridge, 4pcs of chicken sausage, garlic, sambal matah, sweet corn and a few cherry tomatoes, and this time I handled the kitchen better than yesterday! Woo-hoo! This is my Indotalian Spaghetti Sambel Matah Aglio Olio with chicken sausage and sweet corn. Went through cooking the whole thing without tasting, but Jeff said it was pretty good! Better than yesterday’s spaghetti where I used up the Hot Pesto sauce!
