Correct! That's Zanae from Pathways. She's a trans lesbian spy, and her wife might be evil!
Zanae is my gender goals.
You can find her in Pathways as a free webcomic here.

I know I've talked about this before, but just love this. Dragons show up when certain people are born! We don't know where they come from, or what they want, or where they go back to. All perfectly normal! It's always been this way, don't see how it could ever be different. Much like our own world.

I have been thinking about why Netis calls the Akarna a 'perfect army.' Not because they are unnaturally strong and fast and tireless. Because a military is a tool of political violence. The Akarna are absolutely loyal and unquestioning. The only thing a paranoid and out-of-touch dictator can rely on. They were made as an instrument of oppression.

I've been slowly re-reading Pathaways and I think Open Warfare is one of my favorite chapters. First of all I love action, but I also love how much we learn about cast, and how the story so far has affected them.
Dhiren is ready to die fighting rather than be captured again. Taria insists on trying diplomacy.
We already know that Zanae is a spy, but until now we never knew just how many knives she carries or how poisoned they are.
Dhiren, Taria, and Khalik all prove to be competent fighters, while Atawn does not. He deserves credit for courage, though.
We learn just how strong the Akarna are, and how fucked we really are. Finally, we learn that Netis and Mor are a cut above the rest, being the only people who actually defeat their opponents.
Most importantly, we learn about the dragons who have been hanging around since Chapter 1. They aren't just there to look pretty! This chapter is a turning point in the story and the world. The action serves a purpose. Oh! And we move the realationship between Atawn and Kahlik forward, too!
Extra: here is one of my favorite panels of Zanae. Get 'em!
She just has so much swag. It's wild that she backs it up.
