Two tailed Scylla, bronze patera, Roman. Between 1 century BCE and 79 CE. British Museum.
Scylla is grabbing a man by the hair while her three dogs bite and maul Odysseus’s shipmates. While her arm is raised, she doesn’t appear to be holding anything in her hands.
There's a few other ancient Roman examples of Scylla with two tails, like these coins and this intaglio. Two tailed Scyllas are most common in ancient Etruscan art.
