Did it hurt when Spice got his tongue pierced? What exactly is the pain tolerence for most cake people? Do they feel pain or is it something that just goes away quickly? How deep have you gone in terms of their physiology?

and i'd say it really depends on the cake themselves. Spice has a kinda high pain tolerance since he cut off his limbs at the circus and did all sorts of shit with his body (and he also really enjoys it, hes not really a good base tbh). i'd say most cakes can get stabbed and feel a level 3 pain out of 10 if that makes sense.
the pain would last as until the wound or bone heals only left with a really mild ache for maybe an hour or two later depending on the severity

(Not sure if you wanted specific ask types but I'm curious anyway) how do pastrians see? I'd assume that the other cakes (besides spice) have a similar icing configuration (as in covering where the eyes should be) and probably isn't too eyeball friendly so how can they see anything?
thats a really good question... i havent come up with that pseudo science yet lol ! but ive been thinking about it since i remembered VR headsets existed and they wouldnt really work with spice/pastrians because it relies on having two eyeballs to work LOL unlike video games which require a monitor/screen/etc
i imagine (and this is subject to change) that they can ‘sense’ what theyre seeing just by gazing/looking in that direction
as far as i know (and spice is a master color coordinator), they can see the same way humans do (some are also have colorblindness, or blurry vision which is very hard to take care of in Pastri, etc)
