um I practically breathe pasta, plz share your wisdom 🥺 I’ve just started making my own sauces but haven’t tried to make the pasta yet because I’m Intimidated™️.
HAVE SOME PASTA TIPS BB:
1. Always cook in a little more water than you think you need and RESERVE A HALF CUP OF YOUR PASTA WATER BEFORE TAKING THE PASTA OUT
2. Salt your pasta water, and use oil or real butter to keep the noodles from sticking once you drain.
3. Drain your pasta when it's a little shy of being done, and finish cooking your pasta in the pasta sauce.
4. Not really a tip, but bucatini is an underrated noodle.
