Amazingly, he’d managed to spot her without a swarm of challengers, perhaps because they were so busy registering, and he slowly made his way towards her.
“Excuse me, Lady Cynthia!” He said, waving to her as he moved to his lanyard and showed his Professor ID, “I beg your pardon, ma’am, but my name is Professor Rattel, I’m with the Pokemon institute, could you spare me a bit of your time to help with a paper I’m writing?”
