Have you tried putting down like puppy pads for her in the area she pees? Had one cat that just didn’t like the feel of litter under her paws. She’d pee on the pad and poo in the box. It was odd.
Yeah I have used puppy pads, but they don’t really fix the problem. She pees on them, and I just go through them, but it’s not encouraging her to pee in the box.
