Ok here's the story. Yesterday my sister's fiancé booked "poppy" from the trolls movie to come to my first neice's fourth birthday party for two hours, along with the charcter showing up, he was suppose to face paint, games for the kids etc but when the guy show up late he asked my sister what did she want him to do, and mind you I'm short so I could see the guy's chin under the fake head (from a taller persons view they might have not notice as much) and so the guy stood around doing barley anything till my sister's feince came back(he went to go get the cake and the ice cream from the store) and then the after they talked the guy took a bottle of water and left. And according to my sister's fiancé the guy spoke to him in Spanish that the company only sent him, but still expected us to pay the full two hundred dollars in cash! But I'm sure you can guess we said no since the package was for everything involved and then the guy left. After that the mood was slightly sour but sadly this was not all! Some time later a women who was dressed for bussnies came and tried to demand that we pay them the rest of the money for the guy who stood around and my sister and her fiancé spoke to them for a while before being joined by his sister and his friend listing to the lady come up with all these excuses that it wasn't her fault and that it was another company fault and was even trying to convince them that they should give her ninety dollars so she could pay the guy thirty-five dollars and maybe they could get reimbursed the money they had to put up front just to book the times, all the while my sister's fiancé had to be on the phone with the company trying to figure out what the hell was going on, all this making the mood even worse! So after all that we did the piñata, the cake and the gifts to try and lighten up the mood, but it still was all slight soured by all the crap so yeah, long story short please be careful when booking people.
