Let’s be honest.. While we, as a collective, have grown exponentially in the eyes of enlightenment, this year has still been rather difficult.. Because of this, I wore the best communion dress to Christmas Eve. It looks like I borrowed it from my Grandma and it has pockets. I fucking love it. I also bought everyone these rad Christmas light necklaces and insisted everyone wear ‘em all night long. And because I’ve been overseas for the last uhhhh.. 3yrs or so (doing holidays there), I also made sure to get my brother’s kids a little “Christmas piñata” to have fun with before opening presents! I can’t sleep because I’ve just got sooo much on my mind. Lots of very wonderful things are in the works right now and I’m just kind of in awe. Everything feels so dream-like and surreal and ya know.. I really am just so happy to have found a partner who aligns with every aspect of who I am as a woman as well as an individual. It’s kinda crazy to think that I found someone that could actually keep up with me, like actually keep up with me. I’ve always kind of had this issue of outgrowing my partners in the past which has never been their faults. It’s just that I move in a certain way and I’ve always had this notion of doing things in the most extreme ways while expecting others to jive with it. Well, that doesn’t usually work and so, I generally stay single, but it’s been three and half years and this motherfucker is still here and what do you know..? We still fucking like each other! That is soooo tight! But seriously, this has been THEE YEAR for power moves and I am just in awe of our never ending progress and continued support for one another. We have really come into such a beautiful partnership. The other day, Nick and I spent 5hrs deep cleaning our 35k gallon water tank because aside from getting water trucked in, we generally get our water from the mountain spring, so overtime, sediment builds up and honestly, we have no idea when the last time the bottom of the tank was scrapped clean. So, we did it together! I remember going into bike tour.. I remember fantasizing about all of the mushrooms, herbs, fruits and vegetables I’d potentially encounter all around the world. 🙇🏻‍♀️💭 I remember being so enamored by just that vision alone.. What a dream that would be, I thought.. And then it happened! 💥 I foraged and ate my way around the world and it was so beautiful. I trusted Mama Earth and I trusted my insight on whether or not things were okay for us to eat. With having a long history working and educating in the Alternative Medicine and Holistic Health realm, it was an absolute dream come true, MY dream come true! To truly live off the land.. Wherever or whatever that may be.. 🌍💓🌍 Oh, it was beautiful and I am SO GRATEFUL that this has been my life. Like HOLY SHIT, man! So. Fucking. Rad! I trip on it sometimes, ya know.. 🤪 I almost can’t believe the shit I’ve lived through and sometimes, I honestly do forget then I remember again and then I get to live through it all over again and that is so fucking cool.
