Ok so I have over 170 OCs so it is VERY difficult to determine which I talk about least. I think I'll go with Leslie/Lycan, as I don't think I've talked about him since 2022 😬

He's the god of judgment, independence and nature and he's got a wolf motif.

1. What was the original thought that led to the creation of this character?

Well, I had already been working on a story for about a month or so when I realized that I hadn't made any of the gods that I'd refer to whenever I said the protagonist feared them. So I sat down and made a pantheon. Lycan is the first and oldest god, he created the earth and all life on it, except humans. He lived there by himself in peace for thousands of years, before Azure and Meredith came from another world and they became the gods of the sky and sea respectively. After a long time, they convinced Lycan to create humans. It's only gone downhill from there. There's also Onyx, god of time and prophecy and Salem, god of life and death. They don't matter too much but just note that Lycan hates them all except Salem, whom he sees as his own kid.

7. What aspect of their appearance do you like the most?

His hair! I've always been proud of the wolf ear and tail thing cause it looks fun and silly.

18. Does the character have other characters connected to them? Do you have a family tree and "offscreen" connections made up for them or do they exist in a vacuum purely for the purpose of the story?

OOOOO okay so before becoming god of this world, he lived in another world where he was just some guy. He hated his dad and cut contact in his early 20s and left to live with his gf, Astrid.

Lycan and Astrid HATED the monarchy so they worked together to kill the royal family. During the assassination attempt though, the castle is engulfed in flames. Astrid dies while Lycan makes the split second decision to jump out of a window, hoping to land in a lake. A water god who I never named takes pity on him and catches him in the water. This water god is a rascal so he helps out Lycan while he's on the run. Lycan eventually gets caught though and before his public execution, the goddess of all worlds, Ione, snatches him up and makes him god of a new world. Lycan DESPISES Ione with every fiber of his being. She's always been rude to him, mocking Astrid, making fun of his poor relationship with his dad and even insulting the water god he befriended and the princess whom he had sorta become friends with before killing her.
