Part 8b: Phantom Express and Starry Night
Everyone had dropped off Orio at her home but her mother, Oribu, wanted a very important talk from Orio.
"So did it work?" Oribu asked, "Was Gear there? Were they scared of her?"
"Yes..." Orio said lowering her head.
Oribu hater to see her daughter upset, "Koibito (sweetheart in Japanese), I know that you don't want me to hurt your friends but they did something horrible to you and me, they took Auntie Dyvke from you and me."
"How will hurting my friends get Dyvke back, Mama? Two wrongs don't make a right!" Orio claimed.
"True," Oribu said, "but in the phrase '2 wrongs don't make a right', does that phrase ever mention that both sides made the same amount of wrongs or did one side make both wrongs?"
Orio stood frozen thinking about what her mother just said.
"Right" Oribu replied. Oribu gave Orio a big, hearty hug and a small kiss on Orio's head, "it's time for you to go to bed. I love you Orio."
Orio went to her room worried and saying in her head, "please forgive both worlds of 2020 and 1935T, mama."
When the door was closed, Oribu whispered with a wide grin and said, "how does sending Iris and Airon yo you tonight sound for you, Sybil and Arline."
