You can establish this by sticking to a normal bedtime, creating a calming night-time routine, and being sure the sleep environment is quiet, dark, and comfortable. Decreasing screen time at least one hour before bed is also important and avoiding stimulants (such as caffeine or chocolate) prior to bed can also make a difference.
