i had some knee-high doc martins for like 6 years and they were perfectly fine after all that time. i just grew out of my Wear Huge Boots phase. but yeah they’re a great investment!
Ah, excellent! I’ve only ever heard good things about Doc Martens. I’m really hard on boots, so I feel like it’s an investment I need to make. And they make them in size 5! Amazing!

That was actually my outfit from my dish-washing dance party earlier in the week -- I had worn the shirt and pants to work (as a full shirt, not cropped) and decided to tie it up and throw on some heels to make doing dishes more fun. I caught a glimpse of the result in the mirror and went “Shit, I gotta wear this to an actual club now.”
