I personally think prior to Virgil's acceptance, Logan had two opposites, Paranoia (what Virgil used to be) and Ignorance (orange). Paranoia because it's literal definition is "Irrational Fear" and Ignorance because it's against everything Logan stands for. Logan wants to share knowledge, Ignorance wants to hide it.
EDIT: Thank you for your theory anon. In light of this post, I will no longer be accepting other Paranoia themed asks. While it might mean “Irrational Fear”, it could be interpreted as the actual symptom of a real life mental illness. I encourage you to pursue a similar theory, such as Doubt.
