#ignorance side

Firstly, this assumes I believe the Orange Side will be Rage. This is not the case.

Secondly, what if, indeed. Ignorance is interesting because it is defined by the lack of knowledge, a passive unaware state. One could go out of their way to be ignorant about something, however, that just reminds me of Deceit? Seeing as Deceit's whole thing when he was introduced was that Thomas didn't want to know he could be a deceitful person, and obstructed that knowledge from himself. I do want to acknowledge there ARE overlaps between the sides in some ways, so I will never discount a theory on that basis alone.

I know that @sanders-skies-pictures likes Ignorance as a side, so they might be inclined to give a more in-depth response?

Okay, so I saw this Orange Side Theory post and I couldn’t resist expanding upon it. (Link).

Orisis is often depicted as having ostrich features, which made me think of the theory I’ve seen going around about how each side is linked with an animal, eg Janus with a snake and Remus with an octopus.

So I searched up the meaning of ostriches and it came up with this:

ostrich (noun): 1) a flightless swift-running African bird with a long neck, long legs, and two toes on each foot. 2) a person who refuses to face reality or accept facts.

Therefore I think that the Orange Side may represent ignorance.

I feel like this would be perfect for Logan’s opposite as in previous videos such as Can Lying Be Good? we’ve seen that knowledge is one of the things Logan values above all, so it makes sense that his opposite would symbolize a lack of knowledge or ignorance.

This also fits in with Putting Others First, when Roman and Patton repeatedly chose “ignorance” in order to skip past Logan’s information.

It just so happens that it was within this video when the Orange Side introduced himself for the first time when he wrote “07734” or “HELLO” in the scoreboard.

To conclude, I’m pretty sure the Orange Side represents Ignorance and that he’ll turn up pretty soon. Of course, this is just a theory, and I’d love to hear anyone else’s take on this.
