This isn’t about anything I’m going through right this second, but am I the only person with paranoia issues that makes you analyze and take a lot of random shit as signs that bad things are very likely going to happen to you soon?
Like, “I had a dream there was a shooting at a theme park, so that must be the universe telling me there’s gonna be a shooting at school or when I go shopping this weekend”.
Or “I put my iPod on shuffle while I ride in the car and the song it played as we neared an intersection is Alive by the Warbly Jets, that must be an ironic foretelling from the universe we’re going to get into a wreck.”
My mind constantly over-analyzes and over-interprets things like I’m in a movie or something, like Final Destination (which, even a few minutes of even one of the movies Fucked Me Up). And that’s not to mention all the times I’ve had trouble sleeping because I’m growing increasingly certain an accident or crime or whatever is gonna happen the very next day, even without a sign, Just Because.
Am I the only one that happens to?
ahhhhhhhhhhh the poisoned food stuff. Reasons why I lost so much weight. I will sit in my room and forget to eat almost on purpose. I hate eating when alone. I’m terrified someone/something has poisoned all my food. When with someone I ask them to watch my food while I walk out of the room and if they don’t I GET REALLY UPSET cause I HAVE to remake my meal. And everyone takes it so personally and also wht he so fcking upset it was right there. Like out of their sight spot. How would they know???
