The heroine known as Panther possessed a powerful were-cat form with enhanced strength and reflexes and sharpened claws. She heralded from the mysterious ‘Wildebeest Society’ and her past remained unknown. Indeed she was not even aware if she was a human woman or a female panther before the sinister scientists mutated her. It was a riddle she was never able to solved. She served with the Teen Titans and forged a close bond with fellow Titan, Baby Wildebeest (another victims of the Wildebeest Society’s machinations). Sadly, Panthra perished in the Infinite Crisis event. The heroine first appeared in New Titans #73 (1991).
