Unpopular (?) opinion: I kinda dig the Tomorrowverse Crisis movies, and in particular I love the weird, dysfunctional father/daughter dynamic these two have going on.

The Origin of Nightwing by George Pérez
I think a really good story could be made of pre crisis Batman and his Batfamily meeting the completely messed up post crisis Batfamily. Because pre crisis Batman was pretty good. Silver and Bronze age Batman was a kind enough person. Pre Crisis Jason Todd never died. Pre crisis Alfred had a daughter who was introduced shortly before the crisis. A lot of interesting stuff happened in the pre crisis dcu, hence why I want a tv show about pre crisis batman and jason todd.
But post crisis was when they established batman had paranoid plans to take out all his other JLA teammates. Post Crisis Jason Todd died, and Post Crisis Batman let that happen. Post Crisis Batman sucks, and I really think it'd be nice to just have a complete rebuke of post crisis batman via having the original pre crisis batman meet his dark and violent successor. Batman somehow realizing the Crisis on Infinite Earths ruined everything he stood for. And if Batman's at all a good detective, he'll look into how it happened. And maybe we get could an espionage based look into the world of The Monitor and Anti-Monitor. I think that could make a fun comic or fanfic or even tv show.
