Yeah! i love Ianian from his loyalty, concerned for others, and overall knight aesthetic but also the juxtaposition he has with Atomic Samurai! I mean, he and Atomic Samurai inspirations are literally west against east. Yet, Iaian respects and is willing to learn from Atomic Samurai.
As far as Okamaitachi comes in.. Golly, I can’t say much, because I don’t know the exact origins of the “trope,” if it even holds the same negativity it has here like over in Japan, and I’m not Japanese.I’m offended by this character, but that’s because I learn the Western ideals of proper representations and stereotypes. So I don’t know how to handle Okamaitachi? Just, I get OPM is a parody manga, buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut *shrugs*
