FUCK that's happened to me before. I was like, actually watching it though but I kept getting interrupted trying to watch the first episode then I fucking woke up.

AWFUL! No word on series 3 is literally haunting us.

You are the absolute sweetest, thank you so much! I love Chloe so much and I get so excited about her and all her nuances that, honestly, I’m surprised anybody can even understand what I’m trying to say between the rambles and squeals. 

I really do believe Chloe is more complex than a lot of people seem to think. I mean we see her from Rae’s POV who has a very set standard in her head about who Chloe is and who she represents and I think that it makes it hard for her to sometimes realize that Chloe is feeling a lot of what Rae is feeling too.

I really love love love the different in POV of Chloe saying that “I’m not your mum. I can’t be looking after you all the time.” Because in Rae’s she says it very coldly, it’s almost vindictive and it’s meant to hurt Rae and that’s because (imo) A) Chloe is trying to hold her emotions in, trying to keep it together and B) Rae is already feeling very hurt by Chloe and is going to be more sensitive. Where in Chloe’s POV, she shouts it in this really desperate manner because A) Chloe feels like a mess, she’s scared and she doesn’t know what she’s doing and she’s hurt. B) She feels really lost and she really needs Rae to comfort her right now but Rae is bringing up things that Chloe isn’t in a place to deal with and Chloe just kind of loses it. So I’m guessing the truth lies somewhere in the middle of that. Chloe probably was more emotional than Rae’s POV but more put together than her own POV. Chloe is just so sensitive to any of her perceived flaws, especially in how the world views her.

Okay well there's a girl named Rae who's overweight and is very self conscious about it so her therapist tells her to keep a diary and she eventually finds herself joining this group of friends who all have their pros and cons and she eventually dates this cutie named Finn and I'm pretty sure it's set in the 90s????
