We are a small comics publishing company dedicated to helping turn budding comics creators into comics professionals.

Well then get on down to the Panels store and buy em all! Where the comics are fresh and the prices are in dollars because Americans are afraid of change. 

Dearest Panels Collective, When we initially envisioned Panels, we wanted it to be a pub. We wanted to give the world an area that could be filled with the fun parts of our pop culture, an could be a haven for artists of all kinds to meet, and most importantly we wanted to establish a welcoming environment for creativity. As we pressed on with the idea, we decided that a coffee shop would be more financially feasible, and it would give us a greater creative control over the things that happened in the venue.  Unfortunately, due to events that we could not control we are losing two members of our coffee shop team. The Americans have heard the call of their homeland, and must respond. Erin and Cale are leaving the UK.  So where does that leave the Panels enterprise? Excellent question. The heart of Panels lies in helping new, up and coming comic talent find their feet in the difficult world of comics publishing. That will not change. What is changing is how we do it. So, after much deliberation, many coffees, and knife fights we are getting rid of the coffee part of the business. As much fun as it would have been running a coffee shop with friends, it just isn't a viable option anymore.  Here is the good news: We are concentrating on comics. We will be putting out comics for you to enjoy until we're dead. Cosmic fans, you need not worry, Erin has not abandoned you. We've decided to make out efforts international. ekcomics and cheeseramen will be creating their books and they will send them to spacemonkeysgotloose who is taking over as the Editor in Chief and Executive Director of Panels Phase 2, what we're calling Panels International.  We are taking submissions, not only from local creators in the UK, but from around the world. Panels will also have a presence in as many conventions as we can manage. Have suggestions as to which conventions you'd like to see us at? Let us know! We'll do what's in our power to get there. We want to thank you, the Panels Collective for your patience while we figured out who we were going to be. Thank you to Ian and the BGCP for having our backs from our very conception. As always, Chris Murray, thank you for bringing us all together. We're going to make you proud.
