Also Morgan is the next person to experience the comfort of a blanket because he got hurt during a takedown after an incredibly rough case and passed out on plane, and woke up with a blanket covering him and Reid slightly pouting in the corner. (Cause you know Reid loves soft blankets)

I really love this head cannon, because I'm a crafty person. I sew and make blankets and stuff! And I love the idea of Hotch getting, and loving this blanket / quilt which really just comforts him. It gives him a piece of home to take with him.

And when he's at home, after he's washed it after the case, he wraps it around you and Jack, so that it smells like the two of you when he's away!!!

Hotch- Well he's her best friend and eventual husband and baby daddy, so obviously they're close. He's super soft with her, and she just seems to know what he needs.

Reid- is her baby bro and she often times goes mama bear on him. Like serial killer beware. Hotch starts to take on papa bear aspects after he and reader get together.

Derek-Reader and Derek eventually get close. Not quite a brother sister relationship but one that's filled with teasing. They like to send memes and the worst jokes they can find back and forth.

Prentiss- Reader and Prentiss don't become close until after she comes back from the dead. And even when she moves to England they stay in touch because she likes to keep Emily up to date on the stupid shit the team gets up to.

JJ- JJ is her friend's wife. They're not super close because if Will is hanging out with her and the girls that usually means JJ is with the kids. So they don't know each other well, but reader likes her until she confesses her love for Spencer and then they hit a rough patch. Because she's now confused her baby brother and it could potentially hurt a close friend.

Penny- Penny is a close friend. They text constantly. Usually cute pictures. Penny will snag some of Hotch and Spencer. And reader will send cute home snaps to penny. They get a kick out of it, and the team still hasn't figured out how she gets those pictures of Hotch sleeping with the kids curled up around him.
