ah right I see, it still sounds like some form of OCD to me? like sometimes there aren’t many compulsions and it’s very specialised, and often they’re based in being clean, which is where the stigma for OCD comes from. And you probably are just very aware of your breathing, which is making you feel uneasy, try to take control of your breathing in on purpose, to help ease the feeling that you’re breathing is off, it best to breath in for 4 seconds through your nose, and out for 8 from your mouth

yeah maybe but idk bc i never really want to get diagnosed or see whats wrong with me bc my nurses can be really weird about things and i get misgendered at the doctors and stuff :/

I’m not sure if this will help bubba, but the uncleanses sounds more like OCD, and that’s probably triggering anxiety with your breathing? try to stay sitting up please, take 4-8 in out breathes, try downloading the app ‘SAM’ and it’ll help you

i don’t have OCD i never get compulsions apart from when i have urges to self harm or wash?? i think its some subconscious dysphoria or s/t bc i just feel like i want to scratch my skin off tbh
