Idk I’m thinking Spirit would just straight up ask Blair out. Getting with her isn’t as scary as others. She’s just another ditzy girl with big boobs that he likes.
Invite her over, he can cook her some fish and see where the night takes them. Which Blair isn’t a whore. She surely uses her body to tease men or get food from them, which I totally respect. Men are stupid and she knows how to play them.

And it genuinely just turns into them dating without either of them originally wanting that but they can enjoy each others company outside of him getting drunk and she pops by unexpected sometimes so he keeps the apartment cleaned more often and hell, it’s nice to have someone around. Someone he can mostly start new with, he can build a better relationship now, aware of his actions and how they affect others, knowing he wants to be better
Maka would be pissed about it at first. Of course her dad is chasing after her bimbo roommate, what a pig. So he would ask Blair to keep it secret but.. she’s kind of dopey sometimes and would accidentally say something that heavily implies she has a thing going on with Maka’s dad. It’s a mess for a long time
I also don’t see them being very long term. A couple years until she realizes he probably wants something super serious. He wants to get married again and have a family and Blair is way too young for a daughter so it wouldn’t work but it’s a fun experiment. I think it’s be amicable and they would remain friends though Spirit would be a little depressed for a while as he tends to be.
