somehow Regina is returned to FTL before her mother has killed Daniel and she's given the choice. She can remain and live out the life she had always dreamed with her stable boy or she can return and continue with the uncertain future she has with Emma Swan, the White Knight and her Saviour...who she chooses is your decision.
She’s sprawled out on the ground, wincing at the pain she feels in her back, when he steps above her, a shit-eating grin on his smug face. “The Evil Queen,” he says with a chuckle. “Something of a legend you are.”
"I’d say the same for you, dear," she answers coolly, "But mostly you’re just an idiot teenager who needs to be spanked."
"Is that so?"
She smiles back at him, the expression the kind someone wears just before they attack you with the intent to rip out your heart, which actually, is fairly accurate right now. “Where’s my son?” she demands.
"Oh he’s around. And I’ll be happy to take you to him in a minute or so, but I thought we should talk first," Pan answers. "Would you like to sit up?"
"I want to know what you did to my magic? Why can’t I use it?"
"Consider my camp to be currently a no-fly zone for you," he chuckles. "Courtesy of what my two operatives did to you with that machine of ours. It was quite a feat of imagination, I must say. Killing and pulling. Lovely."
"Get on with it," she growls as she sits up and rubs her hands together. She can feel her magic just under the skin, but it refuses to work.
"Of course. You’re impatient. I understand."
"Get. On. With. It."
"Very well. I have an offer to make you. A deal."
"Not interested."
"Oh but you might be. At least listen."
"No."
"Listen and I’ll take you to see Henry."
She grits her teeth. “Speak.”
"Better. What would you say if I told you that thanks to the magic here on Neverland, I could give you the chance to turn back time and return to the moment just before your True Love was murdered by your mother."
"I’d say you’re a liar and a bad one at that."
Pan laughs. “But I’m not. Neverland is…well anything can happen here, and if we both so desire it, we can give you a second chance to be happy.”
"Going back would mean Henry was never born," she snaps out. "And there is nothing in any world worth that."
"But it wouldn’t. There aren’t just different realms, there are different realities. You would simply go to one other than this one, and have a chance to live your life happy and free. Isn’t that all you’ve ever wanted?"
"I’m not leaving my son with you."
"Who said you would be? I know you believe that the others will come for him." Pan leans in. "You even deep down believe that Swan would be a better mother than you, that Henry might be happier with him."
Regina snarls at him, her eyes turning dark and furious.
"You also think that he’ll never really love you. You’re probably right."
"He’s my son.”
"If you say so."
"I’m not leaving him."
"Is it your son you won’t leave or the girl who doesn’t even know what you feel about her? Don’t you think she has enough villains pining for her?"
"I think that you actually believe these silly manipulations will work on me. I think you have no idea who you’re dealing with."
"Oh, but I do. Like I said, your reputation precedes you, and fear of you is on everyone’s - including Henry’s - skin. Tell me, how do you think he would react if he knew you’d wiped his mind? How do you think she would react? Do you think either of them would let you near him again because I think we both know the answer to that. Take the deal."
"Go to hell."
He laughs. “I really don’t understand. You could be happy.”
"My son is my happiness."
"And the Swan woman?"
"She’s his."
"But not yours."
"It doesn’t matter; I’m not abandoning my son. Not to you or anyone."
"So that’s your decision? Sacrificing a life time of happiness with Daniel for one of misery without the love of a child or a partner? Sounds sad."
"What makes you think I deserve more than that."
"I see," he says, stepping away from her, his face a mask of confusion and irritation. Like he’s perturbed that he’d failed, like he can’t quite understand how he could have. "Very well then."
"We had a deal," Regina reminds him. "Take me to my son."
"Of course." He turns to Felix. "Kill her, and take her body to Henry. It’s time for him to understand that this is his home now and we are his family." He smiles coldly at Regina. "Not you. Never you."
He turns and walks away, smirking and smug.
"I’m going to enjoy this," Felix tells her.
She laughs. “So am I.”
