Personal/Rant
OPINION Really gonna miss Misbah and Afridi, theyve done so much for us... esp Afridi, been watching him boom since I was a kid. Unfortunately they fail to get the credit they deserve. If even Pakistanis diss their own team then who will support them? THIS is why India is better than us by a million. They support the Indian team with their hearts, and though Id never thought I'd say this, we could learn a thing or two. I've never seen more fan hate than for Pakistan's Cricket team, and that means alot considering Im in the Kpop fandom. Before telling our players off, become a professional cricket player and get ur ass off the couch. Before insulting an idol, become a professional singer/dancer. Before insulting either, give up your life, opportunity and education for a cause and then know how it feels to still be unappreciated for it. To Pakistan, amazing, AMAZING job this year. We did really great. A rocky start but entertaining all the same. And like Wahabi Sazish (Wahab Riaz) demonstrated they all had FUN for once. This was my first World Cup as a devoted cricket fan, and the first thing I said to my father (who is a vetetan fan) when Pakistan played India was "why cant they just have fun?" Turns out they were tense af because they feared ridicule. Not from India or the bullies on the Austrailian team, but from their own people. I always say Im American, but this loss against Australia has never made me more proud of Pakistan, Misbah, and Afridi, and more disappointed in its "fans". -愛
Happy malala day y’all😊😊
