aka I’m really sorry English subtitle writers, but I’d feel your pain more if “they” wasn’t a totally valid option for absolutely everyone, when in doubt
#characters I pronoun as they because why the fuck not:#Rui#Berg-Katze#O.D.#Paiman?#sometimes I'm tempted to w/ Hajime#freaking Gelsadra#had me laughing so hard because the pronouns JUST CHANGED HALFWAY#this is one of those shows where you could sell me on pretty much any character being trans/nonbinary with v little trouble#seriously I want to talk to someone who knows what they're talking about about possible gender identities of characters in this show#because I get the feeling that I'm missing a lot of cultural context#on top of subcultural context#Gatchaman Crowds and/or insight#fandom stuff
