Know your size! This is the first and foremost thing to keep in mind before buying a bra. Our body size changes every now and then, it is natural that our breast size changes accordingly too. Make sure you know your size very well before investing in a bra.

Find the cup right size to prevent spillage. Prefer fuller cups if you have heavy breasts.

Your bra band should not ride up your back. It should stay parallel to the ground. If your band is riding up or down you’re probably wearing the wrong bra size.
