Why packed snacks?
I'm a bit of a foodie, and also really interested in ensuring optimum nutrients are packed into all the food we eat. Especially that of kids. I am also shocked by the number of lunchbox/snack orientated options on our supermarket shelves presented to shoppers as healthy, when really they are pumped full of refined sugar + palm oil!
The goal of packed snacks is to make it easier for families to include freshly made, highly nutritious + delicious options in their kid's diets on a daily basis. Either in the lunch box, or out on the kitchen bench. Order on a Thursday morning, dropped off Sunday afternoon.
