Witches 

Witches are race of Female beings that use Magic for evil prosperous and hate all other races on Pac-world even the Pac-people and think they are more better then any other race on Pac-world.

Witches do have the ability to transform into other species making them blend into other races and different forms, Witches clearly do not get along well with Pac-worlders, Mermaid Sirens, Fairies.

Witches are most Hated by Mermaid Sirens since they do not get along very well and hate each other deeply.
