There was the slightest hint of cigarette smoke lingering in her room, a bottle of Jack Daniels standing on the table in front of her couch. Yes, he had actually been coming over a few hours after they had been writing via text messagesâ & she had somehow gotten her father to get up from his stupid couch to buy himself new cigarettes. He wouldnât allow her to have someone over, which was why she did it in the first place. Of course he was already back, but he wouldnât come into her room, because he didnât care what she did in there.Â
Sam also decided to let music play, quietly, but loud enough to cover up their voices in case her father would pass the door & hear something. The raven haired girl didnât want him to start screaming or some shit.Â
                 â â can I kiss you? â
Wait, what was thatâ she couldnât blame it on alcohol, since he had one glass, & she herself had well.. three, or so, so she wasnât drunk enough to start imagining things, which meant he had actually asked her if he could kiss her. Her gaze shifted from the door of her room ( she was looking at it because her father had walked by. ) to the boy next to her, head tipping to the left with an almostâ confused look on her face.Â
â What? Yes, no. What. â
He would have never known that after a more than interesting
conversation over text messaging, he would have actually gone
to her place. Perhaps he wanted to prove himself, especially after
stating that he was rather on the s h y side- when it definitely was
not true. Or maybe it was because of how impatient he became
of meeting his angel. The latter always forced open his mouth
into a wide smile; he got to use a rather adorable nickname for
a girl who was equally adorable.
â â Can I kiss you? â
It had to be the ambiance. Haydn chewed on his lower lip, slight
anxiousness making its way to his eyes as he looked away from
her, practically awaiting her rejection. He almost reached his hand
for a smack on his forehead, and he was already thinking aboutÂ
what to tell her and how to make her forgive him. Theyâd just met
and he wasnât ready to let her go just yet.Â
He raised his eyebrows at her reactionâ what. Her being
completely unclear hadnât helped the situation. Haydn now had
to trust his gut ( or whatever was left of it- ), but his heart was
racing at an exceptionally rapid speed and he was unable to think
logically. He leaned in as he shut his eyes (Â how about I donât look
at the way sheâs going to react ), lips falling on top of hers. His
teeth grabbed her lower lip, hesitantly sucking on it; his hand was
unknowingly sneaking up under her shirt, but after feeling his
fingers graze on her soft skin, he quickly broke the kiss and pulled back.Â
â â I- Iâm sorry. I donât know what just happened-
g o d this is embarrassing. Forgive me. â
