In their short time there, Kai and Leilani Keli’i had become known far and wide as troublemakers. They enjoyed their pranks but never went to far, never broke things, and made sure that no one they pranked got hurt. Regardless of their nearly feral nature, they had become well loved by many members of the circus. However, they had the tendency to get into trouble -- especially when it came to taking Emrys’ glasses. For some reason, they found it hilarious to watch the blind guy stumble around. As he generally took it well, they really didn’t know when to stop.

“Shh Kai!” Leilani poked her brother in the arm, frowning as Kai giggled at her. They were on their way to find Alexia, but they were out way after curfew for kids. A lot of the members of the circus were sleeping, and one false move and they would be banished back to the kids tent.

“I’m sorry... I know!” He swatted at her finger but couldn’t contain his grin. The two of them popped their head into the tent that they knew alexia was asleep in and after making sure that everyone was asleep, they tiptoed over to where she was laying.
