Pretzels, Pudding, and Pickles... oh my. Plus some Latissimus Dorsi relief.
It's official - I have registered for my company's Marathon on April 20!
I chose the 5K (instead of the half or full marathon) because - as I have said before - I am not a runner and I only run when these 5Ks come around. Â :) Â My best friend will be running it again with me! Â Here's to hoping we have nice weather again! Â ....Maybe I will do the half marathon next year.
My body is slowly healing from starting Asylum Volume 2 (for the third round). Â And by healing - I mean my muscles are repairing themselves and hopefully building. Â My lats were so sore the past two days that Biofreeze was my new bestie for a few days:

The hubby said he could see my Latissimus dorsi (lats) inflamed.  We Googled it.  Well.. that's weird.  It basically felt like my ribs were bruised.  Thanks Shaun T!  :)  By the way - this will slowly go away as my muscles get stronger by next week (I blame the fancy push-ups).

Check out my awesome calorie burns. Â I love how Asylum V2 focuses on all the muscle groups. Â My tailbone is sore from working abs - which too, shall pass.
Side note: Â I think the hubby is starting to regret the Valentine's Day massage coupons he gave me. Â :)
Anyways...
My daughter loves her pretzel snaps (and posing for my camera apparently):
.... and Cheetos. Â (These didn't last long when I saw little orange fingers all over the furniture):
She really loves her sugar-free pudding (any flavor apparently). Â When she is hungry, she will grab your hand, lead you to the fridge, let you open it, and she will point out what she wants (or grab it). Â Usually it is pudding and I put it in her reach.
Today, we went to Britol's Sunday brunch and she had 'fancy pudding' which is known to us as Creme Brulee. Â :) Â I am still full by the way.
Sometimes she just wants a pickle:
Today, this dance looked like this. Â :) Â She did have an adorable new outfit on (care of Grandma) from Kohl's with a bird on her bum. Â How can you say no to her?
For the record - we only buy sugar free pudding (and I usually sneak in Greek yogurt at the same so I make sure she is getting protein and substance). Â She also has her full three meals (with veggies, fruits, and proteins) throughout the day. Â :) Â I am pretty excited that she can tell us what she wants (if not get it herself).
She's a Grandma's girl.
By the way it snowed yesterday (an inch or so) and was sixty degrees this afternoon. Â You would Kansas.
