I had a thought that Companions in the heralds of Valdemar series probably can have radically different builds. So for a companion messenger like Felara she might be built more for speed over strength. Companions play by their own rules so I styled this one almost like a sight hound. Really lean and made for speed.
This is my first go at drawing horses so I expect to get better as I go. Doing Kantor next. <3

Part 1 of new Stormclan's Folly cats! First up is Turtlesnap, a Riverclan warrior that Pebblenose accidentally kills in like the very next chapter after the preview ones. It mentions in the text that he reopened an old wound, so that's the scar. Next is Owlflight, who was a Thunderclan elder that Stripestar recounted from his youth. After are Curlkit and Russetkit, Fawnpelt's kits. Hc that Tumbletail is the father, it seemed implied enough. After is Gale and Stripe's second litter, Fog Nuzzle, Pebble Lunge, and Thrush Roll! I really like how their designs came out, I tried to put in a little bit of their namesakes too :3 Then are Windkit, Rainkit, and Lightningkit, Huntheart and Fernwhisper's kits. Then Quailpaw, Wasppaw, and Pigeonpaw, Nettlesting's children. I really wish we got warrior names for them, it seemed implied that they received them but we never saw them :( Then are Tribe cats, Lightning Scratches the Sky and Gust Whistles Through the Mountain. And a new Stoneteller! I had to check and make sure that yes, Half Moon was dead at this point haha. And finally Larkwing. Technically she's not a new Stormclan's Folly cat, however with this book it does split Larkwing from Cloudstar's Journey and Larkwing from Mapleshade's Vengance into two different cats. So this is the Larkwing from Cloudstar's Journey, because the other Larkwing is sharing a picture and post with Mapleshade's Vengance cats.
