My thoughts on the lifeweaver changes (s12)
Played ligeweaver a little bit yesterday (little bit cuz my eyes were so tired and dry) and the change is not that bad.
The platform definitely can have some new "usages" now and I think that's cool. I was a little enraged when I saw the mere on his healing in the dash, but hey its nothing I can't get used (I have been playing him since beginning so they can nerf him to the ground and I'll still do my best to make him work)
But I am not sure about the healing blossom change. It can be definitely good, but for me it takes the timing(?) and skill from the character. And the last thing I want them to take from lifeweaver is his skill.
Imo he is probably the hardest healer to operate because of his unique but situation kit. Don't get me wrong, it's great and I love it, but I personally have a feeling people are shititng on lifeweaver because they play like idk 2 games with him and call him useless because they don't understand the character.
In my opinion, he is a character that needs time to get used and learn, and in the end, it's worth it. You can do amazing things with him, counter ults, save people and yourself. He really is amazing once you decided to learn how to use him!
I just honestly worry that blizzard might wanna change him because I don't think that many people play him and I don't want them to take the skill from the character.
And maybe this is a little out of line, but originally I thought people didn't play lifeweaver much was because at his release he was super underwhelming, now I honestly think people just don't wanna put in the work to learn the character because other supports seem easier or literally are easier to play than lifeweaver.
But that's just me.
I kinda hope they removed the blossom healing thingy because for me it's kinda taking the skill from him and like I said, I don't want him to become a skilless character. You can agree or disagree with me, it's up to you.
I don't think he honestly needed changes, he was doing good imo xd
