2 WEEKS DOWN!!
I miss chocolate. I just wanna eat some chocolate chips- you know? I also want some ice cream. Ben and Jerry’s Dairy Free Chocolate Brownie. mmmm. 🤤
So that’s how I’m doing with this sugar-free challenge- two weeks in.
Ate more overnight oats and fruit for breakfast. Not loving that anymore. I could go for a bowl of cheerios. Or Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Or just eat a handful of Oreos for breakfast cuz I’m an adult and I can. 16 more days and I will. You watch.
You guys- I am so freaking bored at home. I just wanna snack a bunch. Guess it’s a great thing I’m doing this sugar-free month. What is everyone doing to kill their boredom?? Sorry Sophie- but meditation is not gonna work for me. I just want Danielle to be home. Gaaawwwddd I love her so much. At least if she’s home and I’m bored I can be bored with her. It’s not the same kind of boredness when you’re with your favourite person.
I had no idea what to make for supper- I just wanted to wake Danielle up for her to give me some ideas. Maybe get her to make something she wants instead. But I decided to be a nice wife and let her sleep for her night shift. I made a pasta with peas and carrots. So super lame I know- but it’s harder to find sugar-free vegan recipes with the ingredients I do have at home. And unfortunately for my wife- I’m not very good at cooking pasta- I always over cook it. So if you like baby food..... Sorry wifey.
For snack tonight I’ll probably eat way too much. Like usual. But I do know I’ll be eating some of that banana loaf I made yesterday. I don’t want it to go bad right!? I’d like to find more healthy sweet snacks for night time. It’s not an easy task- but that’s what I’ll be doing tonight plus trying to make a supper schedule for this week. Wish me luck! 🌱✌️
