watching a filippino zombie movie on netflix called outside and holy shit that opening scene. the mom fucking apologizing (repeating her last coherent thought?) and then trying to move towards her son but she's falling apart so her torso falls off at the waist and she starts crawling towards him while repeatedly screaming "sorry"? that shit is Harrowing.

Crawling out from under my rock to say Outside (2024) the zombie movie is good. A bit on-the-nose at times with its themes and kinda stumbles near the end I guess but still really good, I had a great time. I need to find a way to kill all Iris haters and "weeeh why is everything so slow :(" commenters with my mind.
