Hilltop View of Salvage
The wind is sharp up here, the kind that fills your lungs like salt air and history. Below, two white saltbox houses cling to the land, nearly surrounded by the sea—just a thread of rock and road keeping them tethered to the rest of the world. The water is impossibly blue, reflecting a sky so clear it feels like the whole universe cracked open just to let the sun pour in.
