✜ what’s their posture like in a normal situation?

fuyuhiko has excellent posture! poor boy’s so short he’d be up a creek without a paddle if he didn’t. he does have a peculiar habit of posing (look at his sprites. tell me those aren’t poses) but his natural position is pretty solid!

❤ describe how they show affection.

ohhh that’s a lot harder, because it’s so circumstantial! for the most part, he just doesn’t—he’s on the brash side, and his weird insecure little self kind of forces him to stay that way.

what can be generously termed affection is usually just him being extremely protective (especially if of a lady)—you can see that pretty clearly in how he treats natsu and koizumi. he treats peko differently because of her station: he doesn’t think of her as a tool and never did, sure, but he knows that in her case in particular he’s not a protector; he’s a liability. would he still defend her in a position where it was up to him to do so? of course! that’s what gets him killed in his unused execution, after all.

more generally, he’s liable to be very materially generous—probably because he’s so used to mafia wives (layman’s terms: very dangerous gold diggers). he really had to control himself when picking koizumi’s actual engagement ring (not the onion ring. the onion ring was an instinct move). really. really, a lot. and she still ended up with a crapload of diamonds. he can sometimes manage more thoughtful things (like the time he gave natsu a snuff film!), but they rarely occur to him before the whole ‘girls like money dont they. lets do that’ thing does.
