(( Hey guys -- it's been a while since I've been here, hasn't it? Well, the explanation is pretty simple... I haven't had muse for Sophia in a long time. This happens to me periodically with all my muses, but... unfortunately, in Sophia's case, this blog was very much a whim. And it's sad, but I doubt that I'm going to get muse back for her anytime soon. I haven't watched OITNB in a while, and while it's a great series and I enjoy it, there are things in my circle of interest that take hold of me a lot stronger. Don't get me wrong!! It was fun playing her while I had the muse for her. But it didn't last long at all; it was gone pretty quickly. I can't see myself returning to this blog or getting Sophia back in the near future. So, for the sake of my sanity and for the sake of not leaving you guys hanging, I'm putting this blog on official hiatus. I don't know how long it's going to last, and in fact I might never come back and play her again. But I wanted to let you guys know that I am very grateful for the threads I've gotten to do so far, and for the small number of followers I gathered here. You guys are great! Unfortunately, it's just not probable that my Sophia muse is going to come back to me, and I don't want to just up and abandon the blog without giving you guys some notice of what's going on. By all means -- if I ever do regain the muse for Sophia, I'll come right back, I promise! But for now... I'd have to force myself to write her, and it wouldn't come out well at all, and it would take for-fucking-ever because I wouldn't be able to focus. My time is better spent elsewhere with characters that, at this point, I wouldn't be forcing myself to write.
