72 hours of spend time at work, && it felt like a century in Jin’s mind. He should’ve left hours ago, hell he should’ve left last night && actually get SOME form of sleep, but no; once again he put work in front of his own physical health, a thing he constantly threw to the side in order to continue work.
The lack of sleep only made the paperwork seem harder than it already was, both his thought process and comprehension seemed to fly right out of the window. The constant shakiness of his body, coupled with the small, occasional power naps he seemed to have ruined the normal thought of being able to finish his paperwork. Thinking positive thoughts whilst being surrounded in paperwork was difficult for the headmaster; it clawed at him with every waking moment of spending time at the office.
‘They’ll hate you more than they already do.’
He shakily stood up, not even reaching for his jacket; he was too tired to even reach something so important; well, in his mind anyway.. His footsteps were shaky, results of going without sleep for a solid three days. The only minutes of sleep he had, were the times where he passed out, and even then they lasted for a minute or two before his head was dipped right back into paperwork.
A hand reached for the doorknob, and his knees immediately buckled under his weight; the floor under his feet coming ever so closer to him. Eventually, he came in contact with the floor, the surroundings around him fading to nothing but black.
Seems that his body couldn’t take it anymore, huh?
