[IF MONDO AND KIYOTAKA WOULD HAVE FRIKKEN GOT TOGETHER IN THE ENDā just kidding, not but for real if there is one thing i wish the author would reveal about mondo is more about his parents and what happened to him as a kid, i would have loved to hear all about mondos life when he was younger!! ;; i also would love to know more about his gang life, he does talk about it a bit but i would love to always hear more and get some really good base characterization of mondo and all he had to go through that made him who he was today! [also his friendship with takemichi and how that came to be THANKS]

[well, i wanted mondo to have a complete change from his high school self, and honestly i could see mondo as the type of guy who would actually get a tattoo? maybe not piercingsĀ so much but HE LOOKS COOL WITH THEM OK. he promised himself he would change and the first step to changing is his appearance. sticking with a more normal look, no more pompadour, a large back tattoo to representĀ his commitment in the gang and also to hide his scars. piercingsĀ to beĀ ācoolā he did a lot of changes but it was a step to leave behind his past
