If I disappear from here for a few days it's because I've become Overwatch trash and am working on a Soldier: 76 blog.

Crying because Barry “needs friends” but Hal won’t be there. *rolls around* My poor bromance.

Whatever you do, don’t think about what Father’s Day would have been like for Hal if Geoff Johns hadn’t retconned Helen out of existence. 

There’s a type of Hal Jordan fan that doesn’t seem to actually like him, they like this fanon version of him that has significantly less intelligence and that is way more vulnerable and woobified, to support their slash ships where they like the other (white except when they’re pink) guy to be taking care of Hal. And it’s kinda gross how prevalent it is, because it’s ignoring a lot of integral parts of Hal’s character (like the fact he was a freaking fighter pilot). And I’m afraid it’s only going to get worse because H*mphries takes relatively mature, intelligent characters and makes them act like 13 year olds :-/

I’m probably not going to be the best person to be around today, but I’m going to be here trying to distract myself, if anyone wants to RP.
