sorry this is devoid of context outside of my own brain rn, but. when we talk about "canon jesus" vs "fanon jesus" its crucial that u understand that the bible, ESPECIALLY the four classic gospels, fall very solidly in the latter category to me. i regard them with equally as much skepticism as any mythologization of a real live human being from thousands of years ago. yes he was a real person yes he probably did and said a lot of that stuff but ultimately the bible is not a flawless historical document to me, sorry not sorry! and if you havent deconstructed enough to understand what i mean by that then we're not even having the same conversation tbh.

That's such a hot concept! As October is coming (and Kinktober prompts with it), I might write something more of that into ficlets. To me personally, it happened on a couple of occasions so far:
I haven't had the experience of being stuck in a chair (yet), but I had a couple of other, quite embarrassing experiences. About 2 months ago, I was walking through my workspace. I would usually use that shortcut which would require me to take a narrow passage between 2 tables. I took it out of habit, and realized my butt was brushing the other table. I prayed nobody noticed :D
And then the other day, I bent to pick something up (hard work) while I was in an elevator. Suddenly, an alarm started blaring. I accidentally pushed the alarm button with my butt. Both of these experiences left me wondering "how huge is my butt, exactly?" Well, huge enough to fill in 2XL pants, apparently.
I am also feeling the narrowness of seats on buses in public transport. They never make them super comfy even if you're size medium, but I am finding it harder and harder not to take 1.5 of a seat when I sit down lol.
