Enter Summer Gonzalez (Tyler Posey) a down on his luck stoner with a job at Costco and dreams of becoming child care provider with his own daycare to help underprivileged youth and spread the truth and joy of universal love and pictures of cute animals.
And Bryce Jennings-Marshall, a small business owner with mild glaucoma and a small fortune backing him up. He's got a ten year plan for his marijuana farm/restaurant "Munchies on the Green". He's had a Cosco card for so long and is such a frequent customer that no one even asks him to flash his card.
A series of mishaps leads them closer and closer to each other until they end up going to the same drug dealer, Twist (Godfrey Gao), for the legendary Platinum Kush, rumored to have been planted and tended by God himself for 1000 years in the Mountains of Peru.
Of course there's only enough left for one last joint so they agree to split it (Bryce pays because he's gentlemanly like that goddamn it) and they end up hot boxing Bryce's car in a clearing , shottgunning and laughing their asses off about stories that only they could understand while high as fuck.
They share a hallucination based on Bryce's furry dice decoration and end up making out in the car until they pass out
