If she bothered enough to, Manami might have let out a sigh. Of course nothing was going to stay good, not in a stingy place like this. Still, she was a little annoyed this time. Just as she was about to go and maybe see what Midori was up to...'That cobra better have something good to say', she thought.

Manami looked at the motive messages. Huh. So you didn't know who they belonged to, huh? If that was the case...The typist only shrugged in response. It didn't particularly matter much to her.

Or...did it? If you looked hard enough, one could tell there was definitely something weighing on her mind.

"...So...This is it? How lame...These are all pointless. They have to be..."

Holy Toledo.

Is this...?

Akito was left, staring at the aisle labelled "Baking Goods". Had he gone to Heaven? Shoot, had he been a murder victim? Who was the killer? Who would avenge him? Would anyone care? Damn, he didn't even have time to frown. Instead, his eyes glazed over the various lineups of baking related goods. It called to him, the way metal did, but... fluffier. Softer. Not so violently, for the most part, which appealed to one half of him. Hey, it wasn't like they were going to have a metal-smithing aisle. This would do.

Akito clucked his tongue, though, realizing that in the midst of spontaneous teleportation, he hadn't brought his Easy Bake oven companion. He missed it, thoroughly, but nonetheless was already picking out various ingredients and piling them.

What, ho! Anyone care to bake some cookies?

Yawn, snore, snooze, bluh. This was all incredibly boring, but then again, what wasn't these days? Manami didn't care when people were getting erased from the world or whatever, and proceeded to have mediocre days ahead.

She didn't appreciate being woken up, but shrugged and quickly forgot about her annoyance as she made her way to the bottom of the staircase. Oh, wow, someone actually died? Man...That was something, huh?

What caught her attention more than anything was what the cobra was saying. Investigate a murder? What were they, cops now or something? What a turn of events. So, they were actually going to have to do something about this. Great.

Honestly, taking a ride on the roller coaster seemed to be rather appealing at the moment. She rolled her eyes then stared down at the body. Yeah, she recognized this guy. She recalled having a few awkward conversations with him, but he wasn't really interesting. 

That was a series of things that happened. Manami remained relatively disinterested in the beginning, though she absolutely hated being paired up with somebody for dancing. Especially Toshi. She'd much rather have someone nice like Tamashi dance with her, but she made no audible protest.

At least it didn't last that long. Manami couldn't even be bothered to respond to the lights going out then coming back on in an ominous and foreboding shade of red. Wait a sec. Was that a snake? Or, a cobra, she guessed, but that was still kind of a snake, wasn't it?

It...was a robot. That was disappointing. Manami much preferred living snakes as opposed to fake, fake, animatronic ones. Still, she was sort of curious and was now watching things unfold more attentively. Ouch, that's gotta smart for Monogoose, huh? That was a little embarrassing.

Frankly, Manami didn't have much inclination to leave this place. However, when the word 'killing' was mentioned she narrowed her eyes. Killing...? Her attention was focused solely on the cobra and his words.

What did she do upon the new robot's departure? It was hard to read Manami's expression, and she made nary a single movement for anyone inept at reading body language. After a long, long pause, all she whispered was a single word.

"Killing...?"

She took a few steps backward. Not necessarily stumbling back or anything, but just kind walking back like she was trying to sneak out of the place. She didn't realize there was someone there, though, and ended up walking right into someone else! 

Alright, who was it that was standing there in the first place? Manami slowly turned around to face them, the same expression on as before.

Manami was starting to wonder how many people are here. 'I hope there isn't a whole amusement park's worth of people here,' she thought. How many was that exactly? Well, amusement parks were crowded, weren't they? Okay, so this place didn't seem crowded, per se, but she had a feeling there were still a bunch of people she had to meet. Groaaan.

Maybe some cotton candy would ease Manami up. It's not like there were any police around, were there? Would anyone care if she took this cotton candy, right here? Eh, probably not.

Turning around after claiming her treat, she noticed someone in her line of sight. And boy, what a sight this guy seemed to be. Taking a bite, she approached the boy. She tilted her head downwards, as though she was going to look at him, but instead looked to the left as always.

She took another bite, just casually eating in front of this guy. After a few moments without saying anything, she extended her arm a little.

"Want some?"

There were some things Manami needed to clear up. Oh yes, she noticed this person. Not only was she taller than Manami, so less hard to overlook, but she also grabbed attention with that outfit.

Time to settle things. With an objective clear in mind, she looked all around for this Midori Minako. Not that she knew her name yet or anything, she didn't, but hey. She didn't keep track of the time. It probably didn't take long, considering the size of this place.

If she had the audicity, she would've cleared her throat. But she didn't. Instead, the pink-clad girl walked right up to Minako and poked her on the arm to get her attention.

"Hey. Do you think I'm cute?"

Oh, would you look at that. What an unusual occurrence. The whole blacking out and dizziness business was a bit unwelcome, and sort of annoyed Manami if anything. As soon as she opened her eyes, though, she moved on from that. She started to focus on everything around her. The bright colors, the atmosphere of it all, where things were, even the sounds and smells. How colorful. Almost childlike. Almost.

Manami easily and quickly spotted the little electronic thing, and read through the message. Oh, did she have to actually talk to people? That was kind of annoying. Oh well, why not, right? She did want to meet this park guide, but she didn't care enough to actually look for them.

Well...if she had to meet somebody....

The girl wandered about the place aimlessly, not really interested in using the map for guidance. Really, she just wanted to get this whole interacting thing over with. Ah! Look, there was someone up ahead!

Walking at the same pace as always, Manami approached whoever was there. Though she was standing right in front of them, she didn't bother to speak a word or even make eye contact!
