there's a lot of energy thrumming in her veins. the urge to throw open the nearest door and slip through it grows with each passing second but that urge is only eclipsed by the need to stay, to stand, to fight. to do what's right. by herself, and the people in this little town that she's slowly grown to love.

a shudder dances down her spine. udyati does not want to be the next target. she looks at riley, eyebrows knotting together. "'sides, i'm pretty sure his sister's got it handled." ava zimmer is beautiful and fierce and while udyati would normally admire that, hunters of any kind made her uncomfortable. and the uncomfortableness overrides the way her blood sings, hungers, for a fight; for a battle.

only two things transcend realms: true love, and stories. and oh, emma swan's story transcends realms all right? so much so that it is a well known thing in udyati's world. a world that looks quite like this. in a world that could very well be a parallel to this one.

and what do you say, udyati thinks, when you finally come face to face with someone you've admired for years? udyati always wanted to be emma swan to the point where she would have bought herself a red leather jacket it it weren't for her amma vetoing that idea.

what do you say to someone whose story you know? what do you say to someone who you've cried for?
