piling onto the disorder projection train: hypothyroidism!! managed by the modern miracle of levothyroxine and so doesn't even really cause an issue during the planned part of the mission (aside from having to maintain a med schedule in space and also constant life endangering chaos) but then they go to erid and he has to ration out taking it every few days instead of daily and it's just. woomph fatigue and depression and always feeling so cold cold cold even when rocky is pressed up against him on the other side of the barrier and bradycardia making rocky panic at his sluggish heart rate and brain fog compounding the effects of the amnesia drug. the only upside to this is poor appetite meaning that he barely has to eat anyway (rocky is Extremely Unhappy about this)
Ooooooooooo and then you have the classic "something isn't working right and Rocky can't fix it" so he's watching Grace go through everything and he knows there's a solution to it but he can't provide that solution nor help him at all and it's killing him. And eventually, way way before they get to Erid (and before they can hope the Eridians might be able to synthesise him new meds) he'd just run out entirely.
