i know dan is a grown adult and can deal with demanding fans on his own but that being said, it makes me so angry and upset when certain fans try to act like they're somehow entitled to this sort of behavior. I don't understand how they can justify treating another human being like some sort of object?? anyway i love dan so much
right, no i completely agree. dan works so SO hard on all the content he gives us and he’s constantly telling us we’re valid and our feelings matter and to take care of ourselves and strive for happiness. so it is really frustrating and disheartening to see different people in this fanbase treat him in the complete opposite way and act like, just because they watch dan’s videos and have a blog about him, he owes them certain content or explanations or information about his life. the biggest thing i’ve seen going around is people being upset bc his latest video wasn’t the “long time coming” video he talked about in some liveshow like what?? a few weeks ago?? and he literally said in a reply to a tweet that he postponed making that video for the one he uploaded today (isg 9) so like… y’all. dan is such a genuinely GOOD person. he’s authentic and smart and he does care about us as much as we do about him. so same i love dan so much too and i’m proud of and happy about his work and all that he’s constantly doing for us. <3
